Have you thought of volunteering? Make a New Year’s Resolution to do your bit!
Do you have some time? Do you have some skills to offer?
Could you, for example:
* Give some individual attention to students in maths?
* Help a student develop their literacy?
* Improve students’ French or German speaking?
* Work with some students to give them extra feedback on their art?
Do you have any connections which could help prepare our students for the world of work?
Do you have any ideas which you think would benefit the school?
Is there something you would like to do for the school?
‘I moved recently from Spain and Chesterton has given me the opportunity to meet new people and have a better understanding of the UK education system. Because Chesterton has helped my son so much when he first arrived, I am also very happy to do something for the School in return.’ (An ex parent volunteer.)
You could make a real contribution to your school!
